Dust & Odour Control

Renovation dust is killing your schedule and your reviews. Control it in hours, not weeks — with portable mist suppression delivered to your site.

Dust is a project risk — treat it like one

Construction and renovation dust does not stay in one room. It travels through HVAC systems, under doors and into neighbouring units. The result: delayed inspections, unhappy clients, extra cleaning costs and potential health complaints.

SmartBio dust suppression uses fine-mist technology to bind airborne particles at the source, keeping your site cleaner, safer and on schedule — without buying expensive equipment you only need for a few weeks.

The problem

Why dust control matters

Dust delays your schedule

Sanding, cutting and demolition create fine particles that settle on every surface, forcing crews to stop and clean repeatedly.

Complaints cost you money

Neighbours, tenants and clients notice dust migration instantly. One complaint can delay permits, inspections or final handover.

Health risks on site

Silica and wood dust are respiratory hazards. Controlling airborne particles protects your workers and reduces liability.

FAQ

Common questions about dust suppression

Is mist suppression safe indoors?

Yes. Our systems use ultra-fine droplets that evaporate quickly, leaving surfaces dry. We position units to avoid direct spray on electrical fixtures and finished surfaces.

How much water does it use?

A Mist Breeze uses roughly 4–8 litres per hour depending on settings. Perimeter lines use less than 2 litres per nozzle per hour. We bring supply tanks if your site has no tap.

How fast can you be on site?

Same-day or next-day deployment in Curaçao for bookings made before 10:00 AM. We recommend 24 hours notice for larger perimeter setups.

What is the minimum rental duration?

Weekly rental is standard (7 days). Extensions are prorated daily. Tell us your project length and we will match the term.

How much does it cost?

From ƒ275 per week for a single Mist Breeze unit, including delivery, setup and pickup. Multi-unit and perimeter-line packages are priced per site — WhatsApp us for a quick quote.

Which areas do you serve?

Curaçao island-wide. Remote locations (Westpunt, Santa Martha) may carry a small transport surcharge.
